Welcome to Plushology™! The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from The RGU Group trading as Plushology™ ("the Company"). Use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.
GENERAL
Unless you indicate otherwise your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the Company replying to you by electronic mail for such purposes as the Company may consider appropriate. The Company does not accept any responsibility to the extent that the Site is connected to any other sites or services beyond its control. It is Plushology™ policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. Currency rates may vary and will be charged at the exchange rate on the day that ordered is received. On any offers from the company, each customer may only redeem one time. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the Site.
Plushology™ cannot be responsible for delays due to customs regulations outside the United States. This site is provided through English only. Our website uses cookies. SHIPPING & NOTIFICATION
For accurate shipping timeframes, please see our page regarding delivery & shipping information.
Every effort will be made to have your products delivered on the estimated date, but this date can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.
For other lead times on gifts please see individual product details or visit our delivery details page. Please note that Plushology™ cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions affecting delivery.
Where orders are placed after notified last order date / time for guaranteed delivery the Company does not accept responsibility for late delivery. Proof of delivery of product(s) shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific product(s) as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein, if you require a proof of delivery you must allow at least 3 days from the shipping date and your request for tracking. The risk in respect of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket.
You are responsible for providing correct daytime delivery address, local daytime telephone number, and postal code. Our couriers will only call the number provided if directions are needed to the delivery address and not to arrange a delivery. If the recipient is not home to accept delivery, the courier will leave the delivery where deemed most appropriate.
The Company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the delivery address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any additional charges incurred in the completion of a delivery (re-delivery) due to incomplete original recipient information from the purchaser or the recipients being unable to accept the item in the time frame specified will be liable for all related charges and costs. This applies to domestic and international deliveries. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time and the goods are returned to Plushology™, a charge will be made for re-delivery. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing. Any shortfall of which you become aware must be notified to the Company within 2 days of receipt of goods.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days of shipment of goods. Plushology™ cannot be responsible should international customs authorities wish to hold any product or charge any duty. All delivery lead times are pending customs. If customs wishes to hold a package for inspection, it can cause a delay and is out of Plushology™'s control. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and ship it as soon as it arrives. All items are subject to availability. Once an order has been placed, no amendments can be made to your order.
During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. If we miss our guarantee we will refund your shipping & handling fees after we confirm that your package has not arrived on time. No refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions. Thank you for understanding.
RETURNS
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt.

CANCELLATIONS
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. Please contact us through our Contact Us page if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production. Please note: Plushology™ also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
GIFTS CERTIFICATES / PROMOTION CODES
Gift certificates do not expire. Promotional codes are single-use per customer per transaction unless otherwise specified.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any and all items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit, the Company shall be responsible for replacement costs of item. Any damage to the package or contents must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect.
PRODUCT IMAGERY
Please note that for photographic purposes plush samples were used. Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colors. However, due to variances between monitors and textiles, exact colors cannot be guaranteed. Please also note that exact measurements of individual items may vary slightly since all of our plush is lovingly made by hand.
PAYMENT
We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Visa Debit, PayPal, or Apple Pay and payment must be made in full before goods may ship.
Our website processes all transactions in USD. Depending on your location and on your card provider, card issuers may charge an extra fee as a foreign transaction fee. Please note: this charge is implemented & controlled by your card issuer and is beyond our control.
The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Plushology™'s acceptance of an order. Order verification of information may be required. Plushology™ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order even after your receipt of an order confirmation if deemed inappropriate.
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS & LIMITATION
All goods are the property of the Company until all goods and all outstanding debts to the Company and/or its associate companies have been paid for in full. This Site, its contents together with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given for personal use. Any use beyond that which is permitted may constitute an infringement of copyright and may be prosecuted.
