Do you ship internationally?
We do! At this time, we only offer standard international shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Handling time is two business days, regardless if your order contains a personalized item or City/State plush. The cut-off time for 5-day handling is 11:00am EST. For example, if an order is placed before 11:00am EST on a Monday, it will ship from our North Carolina-based warehouse by end-of-day Friday; if instead the order is placed after 11:00am EST, it would ship by end-of-day the following Monday. Please note that shipping and handling timeframes always relate to business days. Business days are Monday–Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm. Regarding shipping, we offer domestic standard and priority shipping. Are you able to ship to a PO box or an APO/FPO military address?
Yes, we are able to, as we ship with USPS.

How customizable are your products?
They're quite customizable! Depending on the product line, you have between 6 and 10 color options for the animals' shirts and on those, you're able to upload a photo, include a name, write a message, or choose from our library of designs that we've made in-house. In short, our configurator gives you tons of combination possibilities! 

What are some cool gifting ideas?
The possibilities are virtually limitless! Some of our favorite gifting ideas are for family reunions, birthday party favors, anniversaries, Easter baskets, Valentine's Day, weddings, baby showers, honeymoons. Our plush also makes a great gift for an awesome teacher or a recovering patient, child, or loved one. Our customizable plush is so versatile that it can even be gifted as a promotional product complete with your company's logo! Kids love our plush, but by no means is our plush limited to their enjoyment! We take pride in providing gifts for people of all ages. 

Can I buy the little shirts on their own?
At this time, we only include the shirts with plushies purchased from Plushology™.

How often are products updated?
It varies by product line, but we're always adding new designs, design categories, and products to our shop.

What do I do if there's a mistake in my order?
Ideally, there won't be any mistakes! However, all of our production is done by hand, so mistakes are bound to happen. If you receive something different from what you ordered, or in an incorrect quantity than you ordered, please contact us with your order number and someone will be in contact with you regarding next steps. If you receive the correct item(s) in the correct quantity, but something is misspelled on a personalized item, you can also contact us with your order number. We'll look into whether the mistake was made on our end or not. If so, we'll send you a replacement at no cost. If a mistake is not made on our part, we are unable to send a replacement or issue a refund. Please double and triple check all spelling before submitting your order.

Do you offer any price cuts?
If you're a retailer looking to place a wholesale order for your store, you can contact a sales representative at The RGU Group. If you're looking to order multiple of the same item for an event or occasion, contact us via our Wholesale page with the quantity you have in mind and we'll see how we can help.

Will I be charged tax on my order?
Yes, you will be charged the sales tax rate in your jurisdiction. You can find more information on our Tax information page.

When will I be billed?
As soon as your order is submitted and processed, it immediately goes into production. Therefore, you are billed at the time which you place your order.

Are your products safe?
Yes! We work with our vendors, product testing laboratories, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission directly to ensure we remain compliant with CPSIA and ASTM F963 to meet and exceed CPSC product safety regulations. Though we promote our items as being safe for ages 3+, all of our products are lab recommended as being safe for all ages.

Is your site safe to use?
